Your team keeps working in Google Workspace — that stays your source of truth. Our access to it is strictly read-only: Portal Mate reads the Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendars you share with it, and has no permission to edit, move or delete anything in your Drive. When you sync, Portal Mate stores its own copy of that content — text and images — and serves that copy to your clients, so nobody outside your team ever touches your Drive. Tenant isolation is tested on every release, access rules go down to individual clients, and you're dealing with a GST-invoiced Australian company.
Will the AI say wrong things to my clients?
